Are your plumbers experienced?
How much do you charge?
Some of our services are billed at an hourly rate plus material and machines. Some of our services are billed at a flat rate charge. Due to the large variation of services offered, our office staff will explain what to expect for your service.
What areas do you service?
We proudly serve Reedsburg and surrounding communities within a 45-mile radius. For new construction projects, we may go beyond this area, so if you’re unsure whether we service your location, just ask—we’re happy to help.
Do you have a showroom?
We have a very limited showroom at our physical location that is by appointment only for our customers. For new construction and remodel projects for our customers we can work with you to select your fixtures through a mix of samples and online resources. We also can recommend much larger showrooms to visit.
Do you pump septic tanks?
No, we do not pump septic tanks. We install and maintain septic systems but we do not pump the tanks. We can recommend local tank pumpers for you.
How can we pay our bill?
We take take payment by credit card including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Google Pay, Apple pay and ACH. We also accept cash and checks. For amounts of $5,000.00 or greater a 3% surcharge is assessed if choosing to pay by credit card.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, we do offer a third party financing program. In order to qualify for the financing program a quote must first be done and then you will follow the steps through your quote with Wisetack to go through the qualification and financing process.
Do you offer free estimates?
For larger service work, remodeling and new construction projects we offer free estimates.
Do you have emergency plumbing services?
Yes, we have a plumber on-call 24/7.
What is your warranty?
We offer a 1 year labor and material warranty on most plumbing services. Manufacturer warranties may extend beyond that period. For drain-cleaning services there is not a warranty as we cannot control what is put down someone’s drain. If it is due to the same initial issue that was not taken care of, we will stand behind our work.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand plans can change and ask for as much notice as possible when cancelling so we can reschedule our plumbers. If parts were ordered specifically for your job and the appointment is cancelled without rescheduling, those material costs will be billed.
Do the Top Tier dogs really spend all day at work?
They sure do! Our furry greeting staff take their job seriously and arrive at the shop by 7am each morning to greet all of the plumbers. They take turns napping in different areas around the shop making sure to wake up and greet whichever delivery driver, customer or plumber that stops back into the shop.
