Top Tier is able to televise drains so we can actually see what is clogging the drain and whether or not it has been cleared out.  Others may just get the water flowing with the obstruction still in place to cause a clog the next day, week or month.  Without televising we never would have found either of these two crazy items – a jump rope and a hole saw bit that were causing problems!
